ASI Linux
A Rebrand of FRDCSA's Panoply GNU/Linux
Comprehensive AI-powered infrastructure for life planning and research
Experimental Software Notice
ASI Linux is currently in active development and undergoing rigorous testing. This is experimental software not yet ready for public release. We are conducting comprehensive licensing compliance audits and system validation before making the distribution available for download.
About ASI Linux
ASI Linux represents a significant evolution of the FRDCSA (Formalized Research Database: Cluster, Study and Apply) project's Panoply distribution. Built on over 26 years of research and development, this distribution brings together sophisticated AI infrastructure and formal reasoning systems into a cohesive GNU/Linux environment.
The rebrand to ASI Linux marks a new phase in making these powerful tools accessible to researchers, developers, and power users who need advanced decision support and knowledge management capabilities.
What is FRDCSA?
The Formalized Research Database: Cluster, Study and Apply (FRDCSA) is a comprehensive AI infrastructure system comprising over 1,000 integrated subsystems. Since 1998, FRDCSA has been developed to advance capabilities in automated reasoning, knowledge representation, and intelligent planning.
The centerpiece is the Free Life Planner (FLP), designed to help users manage complex life decisions across finances, health, logistics, and daily planning through AI-powered decision support systems.

Technical Approach
ASI Linux integrates classical symbolic AI approaches with modern computational methods. The system emphasizes formal verification, logical reasoning (particularly Prolog-based systems), and comprehensive knowledge representation. This makes it uniquely suited for research applications, complex decision support, and scenarios requiring rigorous logical analysis.
